Hey Guys, Welcome....  Becky and I Decided to throw up a blog/web page that we could direct people to for advice on Nutrition, supplements, workouts etc...  After you text out the same recipe for the 10th time it just seems to make sense.  Right about now, you may be wondering where I/We get off creating a fitness blog.  To be honest, part of me is thinking the same thing.  We are not Nutritionists, we are not Dieticians, and we don't sell supplements for a living.  So I've instilled in you great feelings of confidence, no!?!
You are here because you or someone you know has asked one of us for our advice on what we are doing or what you should be doing.  Obviously if you have the resources available to talk to a nutritionist about nutrition, you should!  If you don't agree with a workout that we have posted because of your ability, level or preference, modify the workout!  We are just sharing what has worked for us and those that we've been working with.  If you find something on here that you like or that works for you make sure to comment and let us know.  Same thing if you have questions!  We'll do our best to post updates and put up new content.  Thanks!
